General:

• When booking your appointment through square please include any instructions you would like us to follow for your dog.

• Owner is responsible for providing daily food for their dog/dogs.

Vaccinations:

• We recommend your dogs are up to date on: Leptospirosis, Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella.

• We do not require copies of vaccines but highly encourage to keep them up to date to keep all animals healthy.

Spay/neuter Policy:

• We will accept dogs that aren’t spayed if they’re not in heat. We accept intact males if they aren’t bothersome to other dogs.

Temperament:

• If your dog starts to display aggression or behavior issues with other dogs during the stay we will have to enforce more kennel time.

• If your dog becomes aggressive towards the working staff we will ask for the animal to be picked up from the facility. We do not want to put ourselves, or your dog, in a potentially dangerous situation.

• If your dog becomes destructive of our property we may ask for the animal to be picked up from the facility.
